ACS is the premier community service organization for Service Members, Civilians, Retirees and Families everywhere. ACS programs and services are available to Active Duty, Reserve, National Guard, Family Members, Retirees, and Civilian Employees. Our goal is to equip you with the skills and resources you need to face the challenges of military life.

Our Mission is to support and empower the community through the delivery of quality services and programs which enhance mission readiness, foster resiliency and promote self-sufficiency.

ACS also provides valuable Soldier and Family services to ease your transition to JBM-HH and the National Capital Region.

The Start Right Newcomers’ Orientation is the official welcome brief held every Thursday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Bldg. 230 and is facilitated by the Directorate of Human Resources.
