Admin Records
Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (except Holidays)

Background (Local Records) Check: Drop off all required paperwork to the admin section in the MP Station (Bldg 5499) during normal duty hours. Records checks can take up to three (3 ) working days to process.

Military Police Reports: There is a minimum wait time of 10 days for all military police reports (MPRs). Other MPRs can take much longer depending on the type of incident and the investigation required. Requests for MPRs must be submitted in person by visiting the Admin Records section in the Military Police Station (Bldg. 5499).

The Subject/Victim or Commander are the only ones authorized to pick up MPRs. Exceptions may be granted if submitted in writing.

Instructions: In order to clear the Provost Marshal/Military Police, service members are required to report to Bldg 5499.

Service members are required to bring copies of PCS/ETS/Retirement orders along with their clearing papers in order to be cleared.
