Service Description
The Customer Service Branch provides general computer assistance to users of the Fort Hood network through the Service Desk. The preferred method of contact is electronically at https://www.itsm.army.mil/ and select your email certificate when prompted.
Users may also call the ARMY ENTERPRISE SERVICE DESK at 1-866-335-ARMY (2769).
NEC Responsibilities
- Provide friendly service to all customers.
- Provide accurate information, and log all calls into the ticketing system database. Users should always receive a ticket number from the technician for future reference when calling.
Customer Responsibilities
- Please provide your computer name to the technician when calling.
- Please submit an ICE comment to let us know how we are doing!
