Mission:
The overarching mission of the Fort Hood Army Substance Abuse Program is to strengthen the overall fitness and effectiveness of the installation's total workforce and enhance the combat readiness of Soldiers. Our highly professional prevention, deterrence and educational programs are available to all Service Members (SM), Department of Army Civilian employees (DAC), Family Members (FM) and Retirees and their Family Members. Our Programs are designed to be proactive and responsive to the needs of the total force with the goal of responding to potential problems before they jeopardize readiness, productivity, and careers.
