Ask the Garrison Commander is a communication tool allowing Soldiers, civilians and family members to raise concerns or questions of a general nature to the U.S. Army Garrison Hawaii's commander and staff. Ask the Commander is not appropriate for complaints or questions of a personal nature best addressed by the Inspector General's Office, civilian supervisors or managers, the EO/EEO offices, SHARP, the Housing Office or Consolidated Legal Center.
While the commander will be made aware of all customer concerns, garrison directorates and support staff will typically research queries and provide responses within five-seven business days. You may also utilize the Interactive Customer Evaluation, or ICE, system to ask questions and/or provide customer feedback pertaining to a specific service.
