CPT Chelsea J. Donovan

CPT Chelsea J. Donovan attended Auburn University at Montgomery where she earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Resources Management and commissioned as an active duty Adjutant General officer December 2015. She earned her Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Troy University in March 2019. Her military schools include: Adjutant General Basic Officer Course, HR Plans and Operations Course, Brigade S-1 Course, and the Adjutant General Captains Career Course (AGCCC).

Her previous assignments include Battalion S1 at HHBN, 3rd Infantry Division 2016-2018, Reception Holding Unit XO and Battalion S1 at 30th AG BN 2018-2020. She served as the 2-27 Infantry Regiment Battalion S1 2020-2021. From 2021-2022, CPT Donovan served as the Battalion S1 for HHBN, 25th Infantry Division.

CPT Donovan’s awards and decorations include: Army Commendation Medal (1 OLC), Army Achievement Medal (2 OLC), National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, and Army Service Ribbon.

She is married and they have one child.
