The Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization & Security provide the training support, personnel security and operations services that support the Fort Gregg-Adams Garrison missions. As a full service Directorate, we provide current and future operations/security/training support through the three divisions, Training (Range/Training Land Management and Training Support), Security (Industrial, Personnel and Information), and Operations (Current/Future, ATO and EM), you will find support for virtually any and all training, security and operations issues.

Operations
Oversees and directs operations of the Installation Operations Center (IOC), Force Protection Program, and Intelligence services in support of all installation force protection, anti-terrorism, contingency, and emergency response situations and exercises.
Security
The Security Division provides technical, administrative, and security support to Garrison Fort Gregg-Adams and supported tenant organizations.
Training Support Center (TSC)
The goal of the TSC is to provide the best training support services to America’s Soldiers. Our mission is to provide Home Station Training Support to the Sustainment Center of Excellence (SCOE) Fort Gregg-Adams, and AR 350-52 Area of Responsibility (AOR), provide integration and synchronization of Live, Virtual and Constructive Training Devices, Simulations and Training Support Services. The TSC provides and/or trains instructors/operators (I/O) for the numerous Training Aids, Devices, Simulators and Simulations (TADSS) available for Soldiers and units to use in their day-today training requirements.

Directs and synchronizes Ranges and Training Support.
Visual Information Service Center (VISC)
Provides support for DA Photography and Audio Visual Equipment Loan
