Report to the USO located on the lower level to the right of the escalators at Richmond International Airport. You may contact the USO at (804) 236-7234.
The correct mode of transportation is either Airport Taxi or Galaxy Cab. They are able to take up to 3 servicemembers (2 if a sedan) for a flat rate of $65 to Ft Gregg-Adams. No tolls should be requested and the fare can be split up to 2 ways. The cabs are located on the lower level in front of the airport. Additional information is posted to the right of the USO door.

Reporting During Duty Hours (7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)
Report to your Unit in uniform from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on duty days to sign in and receive in-processing instructions. Please, do not report to the Soldier Support Center to in-process Personnel Services Branch or AMPO/Finance prior to reporting to your Unit.
The Unit S1 will perform the arrival transaction and update required information in IPPS-A.
The Unit S1 will notify the Personnel Services Branch - Processing Control Station of your arrival at which time you will receive email confirmation that your in-processing has been initiated in the web-based Installation Support Module (DA ISM or “ISM”). You then have five (5) working days to complete in-processing based on the instructions provided via the installation In-processing Guide Sheet. Since in-processing is web-based using digital signatures, there is no in-processing checklist an activity will physically sign or stamp.

All food products, tobacco products (smoke/smokeless), alcoholic beverages, expired medications, and supplements are considered contraband and strictly prohibited. AIT Soldiers who are found with these products will have them confiscated by cadre upon arrival and are subject to immediate disposal
