Command Sergeant Major (CSM) Starrett’s basic active service date is 23 October 1992, entering from Dallas, Texas. He conducted Basic Training at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, and Advanced Individual Training at Fort Gordon, Georgia, as a 31L, Cable Systems Installer/Maintainer.
