The mission of the Personnel Services Branch is to take care of our nation’s warfighters by providing oversight and coordination of the installation’s welcome desk, in-processing activity, and Soldier Readiness Program activities.

Reporting During Duty Hours (7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.)
Report to the Personnel Services Branch for In-processing with a copy of their PCS orders and amendments and Absence Request Form. Briefing held daily at 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. at Darling Hall, 307 Chamberlain Ave, BLDG 33720, Room 191.
Soldiers must in-process in uniform.
The unit S-1 will perform the arrival transaction.
*Please provide in-processing documentation at least thirty (30) minutes prior to the briefing.
Out-processing Procedures
• Soldiers must out-process in uniform.
• Soldiers must submit a (Absence Request in IPPS-A) to the PSB at least 11 working days before their leave start date.
• In most cases, the final-out will be the last duty day before the Soldier's leave begins. In other cases, the final-out may be the day the leave begins.
Documents Needed to request Installation Clearing Papers
• One copy of orders and amendments
• Absence Request Form, approved in IPPS-A by the unit commander
• DA Form 137-1, Unit Clearance Form (do not have to be completed)
• DA Form 5434 Sponsorship (PSC’ing Soldiers ONLY) (E6 and below) (2LT-CPT) (WO1-CW2)
