USACCoE & FE 210-3 establishes an installation traffic code governing the operation of motor vehicles on Fort Eisenhower, Gillem Enclave, and Pointes West Army Recreation Center. The 1 February 2024 policy update adds the Installation Traffic Awareness Course to the policy (ITAC).

Installation Traffic Awareness Course (ITAC)
Purpose: Provide remedial training required for all military and civilian drivers to retain their FEGA driving privileges after their first speeding citation for driving 10- 19 mph above the posted speed limits.
The course is offered twice per month at Darling Hall. A memo with a required date of attendance will be issued with the citation.
Speed Limits
- 10 mph when passing troop formations traveling on the same roadway as the passing vehicle
- 10 mph in parking lots and areas where troop formations are present
- 25 mph unless otherwise posted
Adhere to reduced speed limits when the School Zone flashing lights are illuminated.
Don't exceed the posted speed limit of 25 mph when crossing deployable Anti-Vehicle Deployable Barriers at the gates.
Electronic Devices
Cell phone use is strictly prohibited, unless using a hands free device. This includes voice calls and text messaging. The use of radar and laser detection devices to detect speed recording devices is prohibited.
Pedestrians
Vehicles will yield the right of way to pedestrians in crosswalks until the pedestrian is fully out of the road.
Runners crossing at 25th St at the Barton Field track have the right of way and vehicles must yield the right of way.
Motorcycles and Mopeds
This section includes 2, 3, and 4 wheeled vehicles which operate off a motorcycle type engine.
The driver and passenger in the vehicle are required to wear helmets, goggles, over-the-ankle footwear, and long sleeved shirt or jacket.
* Three wheeled vehicles operated with a steering wheel and traditional seats don't require the driver and passenger to wear a helmet per Georgia law.
Bicyclists
Bicyclist are required to obey all traffic laws and move with the flow of traffic while not impeding the operation of motor vehicles. Helmets are required for all bicyclists.
