Purpose:
The Mountain Small Arms Leader Course is designed to increase the lethality of the 10th Mountain Division NCOs by providing advanced marksmanship training and equipping them with the instructional skills to train their subordinated echelons.
Course Scope:
This course develops basic and advanced marksmanship and weapon manipulation skills through lethality-based drills, with the strict expectation that graduates will act as force multipliers and train their respective teams, squads, and platoons.
