Lewis County bus makes stops at Fort Drum
on Jefferson Community College Connector

Lewis County Public Transportation offers residents and visitors seven fixed-route options from Monday through Friday year round, including a stop at Fort Drum on the Jefferson Community College Connector Route.

The JCC Connector Route provides convenient handicap-accessible bus service from Port Leyden, Lyons Falls, Glenfield, Lowville, Croghan, Carthage, Deer River, and Copenhagen to the Jefferson Community College campus, Salmon Run Mall and Fort Drum. For non-students, the JCC Connector Route makes trips to Watertown affordable and accessible.

The service costs just $1 each way for students (must show student ID); monthly passes are available from the driver for $25.

Half-price fares are offered to Medicaid and Medicare recipients (must provide proof), seniors 65 or older, and children ages 3-11. Children younger than 3 may ride free of charge.
