On 26 Apr 19, Mr. Michael N. Hampson, 404th AFSB, Deputy to the Commander, presented Ms. Angela M. Belliveau, Transportation Assistance from the Logistics Readiness Center, Devens the Achievement Medal for Civilian Service. Ms. Belliveau was instrumental in consistently providing superior technical transportation support to 72 United States Army Reserve units, and successfully responded to many last minute changes to major unit transportation requirements. On 26 Apr 19, Mr. Michael N. Hampson, 404th AFSB, Deputy to the Commander, presented Mr. Cristobal L. Leatherman, Contracting Officer Representative, Logistics Readiness Center, Devens the Achievement Medal for Civilian Service. Mr. Cristobal L. Leatherman consistently went above and beyond in providing superior technical contracting expertise in the following areas; Contract Oversight and Laundry and Dry Cleaning.  His initiative and motivation lead the LRC to receive numerous commendable ratings during two Organizational Inspection Program. Cristobal will be departing the LRC in May 2019 to Germany.

Perez, Contracting Officer Representative, from the Logistics Readiness Center, Devens an impact Achievement Medal for Civilian Service. Mrs. Perez performed above and beyond in the following areas; Contracting, Budget, Operation Security, Maintenance Contracting, and many other tasks assigned by the LRC Director, from Oct 2018 – Apr 2019. On 26 Apr 19, Mr. Michael N. Hampson, 404th AFSB, Deputy to the Commander, presented Mr. Eric A. Olsen, Ammunition Supply Point Manager, Logistics Readiness Center, Devens the Commander’s Award for Civilian Service. Mr. Olsen intensive management of ASP operations consistently allowed the ASP’ to meet or exceed all established performance metrics.  Due to losses in staffing at the ammunition supply point, Mr. Olsen, was left with the challenge of also performing munitions handler duties. During this time period, while his chain of command worked to fill the vacant positions, the ammunition supply point was operating at 75% staffing, Mr. Olsen processed, prepared and issued 750 ammunition requisitions without error, provided superior technical ammunition guidance to over 172 units, and successfully responded to many last minute changes to ammunition requirements.
