120TH INFANTRY BRIGADE (MULTI-FUNCTIONAL TRAINING BRIGADE):
Mission: 120 IN BDE partners, trains and validates mobilizing Reserve component units. 120 IN BDE partnership spans all phases of the mobilization process in order to set conditions for post-mobilization training, and validation. 120 IN BDE’s post-mobilization training delivers validated units ready to meet and support combatant commander requirements. On order conduct large scale mobilization operations to meet CCDR OPLAN requirements.
166TH AVIATION BRIGADE:
Mission: 166th Aviation Brigade partners with USAR and ARNG leadership to provide prioritized Pre/Post-Mobilization training and validation of Reserve component aviation units in order to achieve Department of the Army directed readiness objectives to support combatant commander requirements. Promote U.S. Army total force integration through engagement and assistance to AD aviation units. Provide mission command over the 302d Royal Netherlands Air Force training squadron in support of Dutch readiness objectives. On order, expand mobilization efforts.
DIRECTORATE OF PLANS, TRAINING, MOBILIZATION & SECURITY (DPTMS)
MOBILIZATION BRANCH: Develop and execute the Fort Cavazos mobilization plan; assist FORSCOM in the programming of Fort Cavazos mobilization / demobilization throughput; manage daily operations of the North Fort Cavazos Mobilization Training Center; plan, coordinate and execute future development of North Fort Cavazos MTC; coordinate life support systems in support of mobilization and demobilization operations; provide training support to Reserve / Active Component units and other government agencies; assist supported commands in validating units for deployment.
MOBILIZATION SUPPORT BRIGADE: The Mobilization Support Brigade executes ADCON by providing sustainment for Army Reserve and National Guard units and Soldiers mobilizing and demobilizing at Fort Cavazos in support of overseas contingency operations.
