WHO WE SERVICE:
The Fort Cavazos ID Card Facility provides Common Access Cards (CAC) for Department of the Army (DA) Civilians, Government Contractors and limited Soldier CACs for select units. In addition, we provide Uniform Services Identification (USID) Cards for Military Retirees and Family Members of Active Duty, Retiree and DAV.
OPTIONS FOR RECEIVING ID CARD SERVICE:
There are two options available for customers to receive ID card services.
1. Schedule an in person appointment.
2. Utilize the remote ID card processing option.
