  ENGAGMENT Skills Training II

The Engagement Skills Trainer II is designed to simulate live weapon       training events that directly support individual and crew-served weapons         qualification, including individual marksmanship, small unit collective and         judgmental escalation-of-force exercises in a controlled environment. It             provides detailed feedback to the individual, fire team/squad that covers           the fundamentals of marksmanship, fire control and distribution of fires.

The EST II simulator provides enhanced diagnostics with intelligent Automatic Coaching and Virtual Battle Space 3 based collective training enabled by the system’s open architecture. The EST II provides an impressive array of functionality, for both instructor and trainee, delivering solid weapon handling and shot placement analytics, coaching tools that highlight the trainee results real-time for reinforcement of correction, and enhanced graphic capabilities for an immersive training platform.

The EST II marksmanship qualification standards and collective scenarios are validated by the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command.

TSC Virtual Simulation simulator systems are scheduled through the Range Facility Management Scheduling System under Range ID “TSC.”

Requests for use are on a first-come, first- serve basis.

Requests for multiple days must be submitted for each day and NOT as a grouping of day.

TSC Simulators requires Unit’s to have their own certified Instructor/Operators.

The Simulation’s representative can assist Units with RFMSS scheduling or provide expert information on customer             requirements for the use of all TSC Virtual SiSimulations2.pngmulation systems. The Virtual Simulations           section is available 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays  to include training holidays to provide assistance as needed.

    Abrams (AGTS)

The Advanced Gunnery Training System is designed to develop and sustain individual crew   and platoon.

Precision gunnery skills to a level of Proficiency that permits transition to live‐fire training or combat operations with the Abrams.

Observed Fire Training (OFT)

The OFT facility provides realistic simulations for units to instruct forward observers or soldiers in any MOS in the proper procedures for request indirect fire.  Call-For-Fire(CFFT)  Supports Joint Fire Observer(JFO) and certification. Shares database with Fort Sill, Fort Irwin and Baghdad.
