The Civilian Personnel Advisory Center recruits, retains and sustains a high quality volunteer force through innovative and effective enterprise solutions and ensures human resources readiness of the Total Army across the full spectrum of operations.
The Directorate of Aviation Operations provides aviation infrastructure, continuity and support to enhance tactical commander ability to train aviation elements for current and future operational requirements; manages airspace issues to support and sustain present and future manned and unmanned aircraft operations; sustains airfields capable of rapid and efficient deployment of combat personnel and equipment; provides air traffic control services in support of the III Armored Corps and Fort Cavazos mission; and conducts operations and training using state of the art aviation simulators in support of active, reserve and foreign military aviator training.

The Directorate of Human Resources provides the installation community with essential support services to enhance the quality of life for those who work, live, and raise families on post and and in the surrounding communities.
The Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization & Security directs and coordinates installation garrison operations and training support activities while providing force protection, mobilization and demobilization / reserve component training support, force modernization, operational planning and emergency operations functions, in order to provide a focused training environment for III Armored Corps and other mission customers.
The Directorate of Public Works provides infrastructure, engineering resources, housing and facility management support and services incorporating sustainable development. It's DPW’s mission to ensure the long-term viability of the installation's ability to support the military commanders and joint base community, advancing environmental stewardship, community relations and quality of life.
The Army Field Support Battalion-Cavazos provides our customers with sustainable full spectrum logistics in the areas of transportation, maintenance and supply and services.

The top priority of the the Garrison Safety Office is to safeguard and protect service members, their families, civilian employees, retirees and Army property, as well as to create the safest workplace and living environment possible. Safety office personnel advise, audit and assist the Garrison commander, directorates and support offices in executing their safety and occupational health program in order to protect the mission, prevent injury and damage to equipment and comply with laws and regulations.
The Plans, Analysis and Integration Office executes installation-level strategic planning, provides analysis of performance data and integrates the Commander's priorities across functions in support of base operations.
The Public Affairs Office supports the garrison by communicating on behalf of the installation and its leadership - providing clear, accurate, timely information to internal & external audiences. We employ a variety of communication strategies- including internal news and information products, media engagement, and public outreach.
The Religious Support Office and Chaplains provide comprehensive religious support for the spiritual and moral needs of service members and their families, retirees and authorized civilians.
