MISSION
69th Air Defense Artillery Brigade rapidly deploys highly trained units worldwide to protect designated forces and geopolitical assets from aerial attacks (Ballistic Missiles, Cruise Missiles, Manned and Un-manned Aircraft) while taking care of our Soldiers, Families and Civilians.

The 69th Air Defense Artillery Brigade stands ready to guard the skies at a moments notice. By putting people first, emphasizing Soldier readiness, equipment readiness and rigorous crew drills the Lightning Brigade shows that it is an exemplary unit. We maintain air space superiority by defending key assets, to include people. No enemy aircraft, Tactical Ballistic Missile or any other air breathing threat is safe from the Team of Winners!
