We provide personal financial and consumer affairs counseling, as well as assistance through Army Emergency Relief (AER) to eligible Service members, their dependents, DoD Civilians, and Retirees.

We assist unit commanders and leaders in training Soldiers and Family Members in personal financial readiness to include: the military pay system, bank account/debit card management, financial responsibility, credit reporting, savings, investing, and a host of other financial topics.

FREE Consumer Complaint Mediation: Let ACS Financial Readiness Program help you deal with local and national businesses! If you feel that a business did not provide you with services or goods as promised, and they are not willing to work with you, you can file a consumer complaint right here at the Fort Campbell ACS Financial Readiness. We will mediate your complaint and do our best to resolve it!
FREE Carfax Reports: Don’t buy a pre-owned vehicle without seeing the Carfax report! It can save you and your wallet. FREE Carfax reports are available at the ACS Financial Readiness Program on walk-in basis.
FREE Credit Scores and Reports: Ever wondered what your credit score is? Have you seen your credit report lately? Identity Theft is real and it can happen to anyone! Our ACS Financial Readiness Program offers free credit scores and reports as well as help with identity theft and advice about building, fixing or maintaining positive credit history.
Army Emergency Relief
Army Emergency Relief (AER) is a private, non-profit organization established to assist Soldiers and their Family members in emergency financial situations due to no fault of their own. Financial assistance is given in the form of an interest-free loan, grant, or combination of the two. Loans are repaid by an allotment. AER funding comes from donations.
AER’s Education Program is a secondary mission to help Army Families with the costs of education.
