COL Sean P. Kelly

Colonel Sean P. Kelly was commissioned as a second lieutenant in the Quartermaster Corps upon his graduation from Norwich University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice.  He has a Master of Arts degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College and a Master of Science degree in Strategic Studies from the Marine Corps War College. His military education includes the Officer Basic Course, Combined Logistics Captains Career Course, Naval War College (ILE), and the Marine War College.

COL Kelly’s company grade assignments include: Assistant Squadron S-3, 4-7 CAV, Camp Garry Owen; Rigger Platoon Leader and Company Executive Officer, 623rd Quartermaster Company; Battalion S-4, 264th Corps Support Battalion, 1st COSCOM (A); Log Ops Officer 2nd Battalion, 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment; Troop Commander, Delta Forward Support Company (RSTA-FSC), 4-73rd Cavalry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division; and Company Commander, Bravo Company, 782nd Brigade Support Battalion, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division.

COL Kelly served his field grade time in the following assignments: 4th Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division as the Brigade S-4, Brigade Support Operations Officer and Battalion Executive Officer of the 782nd Brigade Support Battalion.

Following his KD assignments he served as the Military Assistant to the Headquarters Department of the Army Deputy Chief of Staff, G-4; and the J-33 Chief of Operations, Defense Logistics Agency, Fort Belvoir, Virginia. He then assumed command of the 325th Brigade Support Battalion, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division.  Following battalion command, COL Kelly was selected to serve as the Aide-de-Camp to the 19th Commanding General, U.S. Army Materiel Command.

His combat and operational service includes a deployment to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and five deployments to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.

COL Kelly’s awards and decorations include the Bronze Star Medal (2 Oak Leaf Clusters), Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal (3 OLC), Army Commendation Medal (2 OLC),  Joint Service Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal (1 OLC), National Defense Service Medal, Korean Service Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Overseas Service Medal (5th Award), Army Service Ribbon, Army Staff Identification Badge, Combat Action Badge, Senior Parachutist Badge, Pathfinder Badge, and the Uzbekistan and Chilean Parachutist Badge.

CSM Dawadrain D. Clark Sr.

Command Sergeant Major Dawadrain D. Clark Sr. enlisted in the Army on May 27, 1994, and completed Basic Combat Training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina, and Advanced Individual Training at Fort Lee, Virginia, where he was awarded the Military Occupational Specialty of 92A (Automated Logistics Specialist).

CSM Clark’s military and civilian education includes the Primary Leadership and Development Course, the Basic Noncommissioned Officer Course, Advanced Noncommissioned Officer Course, Drill Sergeant Academy, Battle Staff Course, Operational Contracting Specialist Course, and Air Assault School. He is a graduate of the U.S. Army Sergeants Major Academy (Class 66). He holds an Associate of Arts degree in Management, a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Hawaii Pacific University, and a Master of Science degree in Healthcare Administration.

CSM Clark’s assignments include Squad Leader, 5-158 Aviation Battalion, Giebelstadt, Germany; Section Leader, 227th General Support Company, Fort Campbell, Kentucky; Senior Drill Sergeant, Whiskey Company, 266th Quartermaster Battalion, Fort Lee, Virginia; First Sergeant, 540th Quartermaster Company, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii; First Sergeant ,40th Composite Supply Company, Schofield Barracks; First Sergeant, 1st Inland Cargo Transfer Company, Grafenwoehr, Germany; Division G4 Sergeant Major, Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion, 3rd Infantry Division, Fort Stewart, Georgia; Command Sergeant Major, 589th Brigade Support Battalion.
