CIVPER provides policy and program management and execution of Freedom of Information Act/Privacy Act, Records Management, Mail and Distribution, and Publishing Management as mandated by federal law. To provide the highest quality CIVPER services to Soldiers, Garrison directorates, civilians, retirees and family members of the USAG Bavaria community.
