Mr. Mark C. Dahlquist
 Mr. Mark C. Dahlquist  joined the Adelphi Laboratory Center as the Garrison Manager effective February 17th. In this capacity, he serves as the Aberdeen Proving Ground commander’s day-to-day representative at ALC overseeing the delivery of garrison services, and actively engages with tenant organizations, local governments and civic leaders and community organizations.
Prior to this assignment, Mr. Dahlquist served as manager for Forest Glen Annex, a sub-installation of Fort Detrick. He also has served as the Regional Installation Support Specialist assigned to Support Team Readiness with primary responsibility to Fort Drum, NY and USAG Miami.

He joined the IMCOM, Atlantic Region team in August 2011 but has served within IMCOM since 2005 as a contract Military Analyst for IMCOM Northeast Region’s Operation Division with a focus on the Organizational Inspection Program and Contingency/Emergency Operations Planning. He later joined the Army’s federal civilian service in 2010 where he served at the Region’s Airfields and Mission Command Training Centers.
During his military career, Mr. Dahlquist served in all three Army components as an Engineer Officer and retired from the Army Reserves after a 24-year career. He has six years in command and has served in several primary staff positions. He deployed in 2003 as part of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom.
