The Administrative Services Branch (ASB) is responsible for providing overall support and serving as the principle US Army Garrison Fort A.P. Hill advisor for records management and printing, publications, and forms management.

Records Management: Provide assistance with Army Records Information Management System (ARIMS), maintain Records Holding Area, office symbol (USAG only) and distribution formula services, correspondence management, staff directory, Vital Records program, and management information control. Publications and Forms Management Officer: We publish Fort A.P. Hill publications and forms in electronic format, we cannot convert DD or DA forms. We approve publications and forms accounts for forwarding to the US Army Publishing Directorate. The web site for Army Publications and Forms is.

Printing Management: We arrange for local printing services through the Defense Logistics Agency.
INSTALLATION PRINT REQUESTS
The Defense Logistics Agency Document Services located at Fort Belvoir, Virginia is the sole agency to conduct printing for Fort A.P. Hill.
This office is required to advise customers on color management in accordance with Army Policy.
